Hi, I’m Jessie.
After planning my own backyard wedding at our home in Imperial, I discovered just how much I love creating beautiful spaces where people can celebrate together. That experience inspired me to start Neighborly Party Rentals.
My motto is simple: Use what you have and rent what you need. That’s how I planned my own wedding. I worked with our backyard and the things we already owned, then added only what we needed to make the space comfortable, practical and beautiful. It kept the day personal without making it more complicated or expensive than it needed to be.
That’s what I want to help you do, too. I’ll help you make the most of your space, use what you already have and choose rentals that will make the biggest difference—without renting more than you need.
Outside of Neighborly, you may see me around the community in scrubs or cheering on my kids at a West Allegheny sporting event. I’m a home health nurse, a mom of four and a dog mom to one adorable fur baby. I’m happiest outside—especially when I’m working in my garden.

What areas do you serve?
Neighborly Party Rentals is based in Imperial and serves Moon, Robinson, Oakdale, Clinton and nearby communities throughout the Pittsburgh airport area.
Are delivery and setup included?
Yes. Delivery, setup and removal are included, so you do not have to figure out those services separately.
Can tents be set up on concrete or blacktop?
Yes, depending on the site. Tell me whether the setup area is grass, concrete or blacktop so I can plan the safest setup and anchoring method.
How do I reserve my date?
Send your event information to confirm availability. Your date is reserved after the rental agreement is signed. Final payment is due on the day of delivery.
What happens if the weather changes?
Safety comes first. Weather and cancellation details are reviewed in the rental agreement, and I will stay in touch with you if conditions may affect the setup.
Can I move the tent after it is installed?
No. For safety, tents must remain where Neighborly Party Rentals installs them. Contact me if you have a concern about the location.
